These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Hood Cleaning Co to any customer.

Services Provided

We provide professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • Industrial and Commercial Rangehood cleaning

  • Exhaust fan and duct cleaning

  • Grease removal and deep-clean treatments

  • General commercial and residential cleaning

Service availability may vary depending on access safety conditions and equipment required.

Bookings & Cancellations​

  • Bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, or message

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee

  • If we arrive and cannot access the premises, a call-out fee may apply.

Pricing & Payment

  • ​All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer

  • Final pricing may change if the scope of work is larger than described

  • Payment is due upon completion otherwise agreed in writing

  • Late payments may incur additional charges

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to all equipment requiring cleaning

  • Ensure all electrical appliances and cooking equipment are turned off

  • Inform us of any hazard, damage or issues before we begin work

We are not responsible for delas or incomplete work caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions.

Limitations of Service

 

Our cleaning services are limited to visible, accessible areas unless otherwise specified

 

​We do NOT:

 

 

  • Perform repairs, modifications or mechanical work

  • Remove or reinstall ducting, motors or electrical components

  • Guarantee long-term prevention of grease build-up

  • Certify compliance with fire authorities unless stated and qualified

Damage Liability

We take great care during all services, but we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, rust, corrosion, or faulty installation

  • Damage caused by equipment failure unrelated to cleaning

  • Structural or greases-related issues hidden from view

The customer is responsible for ensuring equipment is safe and the maintained between cleans.

Photo & Documentation

We may take before-and-after photos for:

  • Proof of Service

  • Reporting

  • Training purposes

  • Advertising on Social Media Platforms and Website of Hood Cleaning Co. (Please advise if otherwise)

Image will not include personal identifiers unless consent is provided

Warranties & Guarantees

We cannot guarantee:

  • That the system will meet compliance requirements after cleaning unless inspected by an authorised third party

  • That issues outside our scope (mechanical, electrical, structural) will be resolved through cleaning

All work is performed to industry standard and the to best of our professional ability.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • The environment is unsafe

  • The customer is abusive or uncooperative

  • Access to equipment is not possible

​

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless otherwise specified.
