Hood Cleaning Co makes no guarantees that cleaning services alone will result in full compliance with fire, insurance or regulatory requirements

All services are limited to visible and accessible areas unless otherwise agreed in writing

We do not provide mechanical, electrical, engineering or fire safety certifications
Hood Cleaning Co is not liable for:

Loss, damage or business interruptions arising from reliance on our services or reports

Pre-existing conditions, faulty installations or equipment failure

Compliance outcomes requiring third-party inspection or certification

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Lw (ACL). You are entitled to remedies where services are not provided with due care and skill.

At hood Cleaning Co, we provide professional cleaning services and aim to deliver high-quality workmanship on every job.

No Change of Mind Refunds
​Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided for change of mind once a service has been completed.

Services Rendered
Once services have been carried out, payment is required in full. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction caused by:

Pre-existing grease build up, damage, corrosion or wear and tear

Hidden defects or inaccessible areas

Compliance or safety issues outside the scope of cleaning

Failure to maintain equipment after service

Faulty or Incomplete Service
If you believe a service was not completed as agreed:

You must notify us within 48 hours of service completion

We will access the issue and, where reasonable, offer a re-clean or corrective service
-
Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot be reasonably be rectified

Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds may be considered only where:

A specific paid service could not be completed due to circumstances caused by Hood Cleaning Co

The refund amount will reflect only the portion of work not completed
No refund will be provided for areas that were inaccessible, safe or restricted due to client conditions.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Cancellation within 24 hours of a booking may incur a cancellation fee
-
Failure to provide access to the premises may result in a call-out fee
-
Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable unless we cancel the booking
